  10.        Since this is the upgrade from Navigator to Navigator Lite
  11.        by Netscape Communicatons' Corporation, there were thousands
  12.        of bugs filed and fixed between the 3.X series and 4.X
  13.        series.  SGI held off on releasing a version of Navigator
  14.        Lite on IRIX till the reliability and quality was good
  15.        enough for our customers.  This is the culmination of all
  16.        the waiting.

  19.             MIPS compilers and cording the binary.
